You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent security or anti-cheating measures

  • Upload malicious code or viruses

5.2 Academic Integrity

Users must maintain academic integrity standards. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

7. AI-Powered Features

AssessX uses artificial intelligence for grading and feedback. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI grading is not infallible and may contain errors
  • Final grading decisions rest with instructors
  • Students may appeal AI-generated grades
  • We continuously improve our AI models

9. Payments and Subscriptions
